As the overall lead of the 2021 Industrial Design Graduation Exhibition at National Taipei University of Technology, I coordinated a team of 73 students and organized five key divisions: Public Relations, Spatial Design, Visual Design, Equipment, and Photography. The exhibition showcased 80 graduation projects, spanning product design, furniture design, and interior design, demonstrating the breadth and creativity of our graduating class. From curating the exhibition narrative to leading cross-team collaboration and external communications, I was responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the event from planning to final delivery.
